How does your registration $$ get spent?
Every year, at our Annual General Meeting, TMHA presents the financials for anyone interested in understanding how registration fees are spent and what drives the cost.
TMHA is not for profit, meaning 100% of registrations fees collected are used to sustain the organization. Here is how the financials break down as a percentage of total funds collected:
Ice Costs - 71%
Referrees - 10%
Insurance - 7%
Equipment - 5%
Events (Banquet, trophies etc) - 4%
Miscellaneous (First Aid Kits, Photocopies, Administration) - 3%
The biggest investment made with the money is in Ice Costs, Referrees and Insurance, representing 88% of all funds collected.
