TMHA allows and expects Head Coaches to choose their coaching staff (eg. assistant(s), trainer(s), manager). All members of the coaching staff must be properly certified, have valid police checks, have completed Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders, and have signed the Rowan's Law form. Selected Head Coaches will be asked to submit their choices to the Executive for approval
