Refund Policy 2023-2024
Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the following:

Registrar: [email protected]
Between July 16, 2022 and October 1, 2022 - full refund less $100
Before November 1, 2022 - 50% refund
Before December 1, 2022 - 25% refund
December 1, 2023 and on - no refund
If hockey is cancelled by a governing body and/or Essa Township at any point due to COVID-19, any remaining payments will be cancelled and a pro-rated refund of payments made will be provided.
Refunds will not be granted for ice times missed due to injury/illness, nor for any suspension or removal from play by OMHA or TMHA, or any form of discipline not stated herein.
